The Des Moines Superhero Heart Run is BACK and we are ready to “Save the Day for #CongenitalHeartDefects“! Join forces with Help-A-Heart & Heart Heroes on Sunday, October 13 at Raccoon River Park Softball Complex (Coneflower Shelters) from 12-4 PM as we walk, run & FLY for those impacted by #CHD.

Proceeds raised from this event will be utilized to provide support education, research and create awareness for CHD, the most common birth defect worldwide. Families in Iowa will benefit directly through the programs and services provided by Heart Heroes, Inc. & Help-A-Heart.
