Dear Help-A-Heart Supporter,
We are less than a week away from Help-A-Heart’s 13th Annual ‘Celebration of Life’ Dinner & Silent Auction! As promised, attached you will find the listing of auction items that will be available on Monday, June 25, at the event. If you are unable to attend the event, you can email auction bids to auction@help-a-heart.org before 4 pm the day of the auction. Please include the auction item #, short description, & the $ range that you would like to bid. I have included the approximate values in the attachment so please note that when deciding your bids. Most items go for right around what they are valued at but all bids are accepted! Be sure & check out all of the great vacation getaways we have put together!
I have attached the flier for your reference but here are the event details as well. Help-A-Heart’s 13th Annual ‘Celebration of Life’ Dinner & Silent Auction will be held at the Walnut Creek Church Gymnasium, 900 64th St, Windsor Heights from 5-8 pm. Doors will open at 5, a buffet dinner will be served by Jethro’s BBQ from 5-8 & the auction bidding will end at various times between 7:15-7:45 pm. Parking is available in the upper or lower lot at the church & you can use any of the entrances. Cost will be $10/adults, $5 for children ages 4-10, and 3 & under are free. Our dinner & silent auction is kid-friendly with a soda bar, crafts, & a DJ. Princess Ariel will be attending the event from 5:45-7:45 & will be available for pictures & a tea party! We rely heavily on word of mouth advertising so please forward this on to everyone you know! If you have attended our auction before, we would love for you to invite a friend. We want to break our attendance record & also raise awareness about Help-A-Heart & children affected by congenital heart defects. See you on the 25th!
